Students obviously amazed (cont)

In an adjoining room, ace drummers Francis Agbagli and Nicholas Baker exposed another group of students to the rudiments of African drumming. With their teachers looking on , the students obviously amazed at the diverse rhythms from assorted wooden drums managed to play simple beats as they were cheered on by their colleauges.

Later in the day, Kusum Gboo performed for members of Moflata Misjonskirke as part of activities marking the opening of an impressive new church building.
Accompanied by traditional African beats and rhythms, the group treated the multi racial audience with a number of gospel tunes that really charged the atmosphere. "Yorme", an eleven-minute long track from the group's latest CD
