The album Worminba is a series of dramatic compositions inspired
by indigenous rhythms and songs that reveal a real African celebration.
It consists of sumptuos musical arrangements by Richard Danquah
that are based on a complex and brilliant set of traditional rhythms.
Each track, with its varied drum rhythms perfectly exposes the unlimited
power of African drums. A spectacular use of Djembe, originally
used by Malian, Guinean and Senegalese musicians, tends to move
the most insensitive ear. Refreshing and stimulating ancient Ghanaian
traditional songs inspired its lyrics, whichs are sung in several
Ghanaian languages.
